A: If you forget or misplace your password, please visit our Forgot Your Password page, enter your email address, and click the Submit button.
A: We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

A: A reliable pool of benchmarking data is critical to offering an external comparative dimension to your survey results. If you share information about the size and urban setting of your community, we can show you how your community compares to competitors with similar demographics.

A: We offer paper and electronic survey (eSurvey) options. eSurveys include the same questions as our paper surveys, but can be completed and submitted electronically on a desktop computer, iPad, or smart phone – and reporting is available as soon as respondents submit their eSurveys.
A: To update your account information: Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of this page to display the My Dashboard view and click the Edit link in the Contact Information section. Update all applicable information and click the Save button.

A: Shipping costs depend on your location and the number of products ordered; however, you can estimate shipping costs after you add products to your cart. To do this, simply scroll to the Estimate Shipping and Tax section at bottom of your shopping cart and enter your location information.
A: Once you submit your order, we will ship your surveys within one business day.
